Also keep your eyes peeled for Peter Deines (PeDe), Trosser and Peugeot Freres hand grinders. If it's properly old and built in western Europe then chances are it's the real deal. No real difference between square and knee shaped Zasses AFAIK, you still hold the square ones between your knees without a problem.
