Finding the San Marco Phobos to be a good SS off-road saddle for me. Quite a sharp transition from the narrow front to the wide cupped rear section, which looks odd but works. The concave wide rear spreads the knocks from the trail, nicely while cruising, and its a quick short movement to the nose for climbs/quick spinning.
(IMHO its trickier to find a comfy saddle for fixed road riding, as I tend to sit in the same position a lot more.)
