Which Saddle?

In a few weeks time i'll be doing Edinburgh to London over three days...

Have you though about a cycle fit? those make a huge difference than a change of saddle, for all you know, there might be something you might've missed that'd make the bike a lots more comfortable to ride, like lowering the saddle down or up a bit, longer/shorter stem, move saddle back/forward a bit, etc.
