Well I've just come from riding my Planet X on the road and, although I've only had it a week or so, must say that I'm absolutely loving it. I'm certainly not using it in the most road friendly set-up (track drops, brakeless etc) but it's stiff yet not discomforting. Certainly not locking it up anywhere though!
