I thought the Crossrail project was the reason the buildings above TCR tube have been flattened and why all the works, fences and shit are there which is what is causing the bottleneck and the situation which would have led to car being on the wrong side of the road a bit further up. The taped off, police everywhere bit I saw started right outside TCR tube and McDonalds today......I may well be completely wrong
