You shouldn't have to be the proactive party when a company fucks you.
Easyjet have been fine for me. Ryanair do not exist.
They haven't fucked me, they lost a bag and had bad weather. It happens. Both situations were sorted.
And while in some sort of ideal world they would constantly update me on the status of my bag, and run after me to give me my hotel voucher, I don't expect any company to do anything for me I haven't asked for.
