I know this thread was about push ups, but ive been getting on with my own personal physical challenges.
When this thread was new, I managed to do a minute plank with a 20kg plate on my back. But since then I gave up on all the ab work I used to do like L-sits, leg raises and attempting front-levers. So my abdominal strength has probably gone down.
My squat numbers have finally exceeded 100kg which is nice. But still a comparatively tiny.
