Be careful mate, those Italian shopper bike flex like crazy, especially on the cockpit (they're all the same regardless of what brand they are), so don't be put off by shopper bicycle in general if you rode that one and think how crap the ride is.
The one I brought and fixed up for my sister is the same model;

it's actually orange, the afternoon sun and the filter I use made it look metallic and red, which look a lots better in photos!
it's an old dutch brand called locomolief before it merged with Gazelle back in the 70's, the previous owner though it would be a great idea to peel off the decal on the downtube and seat tube annoyingly enough, it's hard enough trying to find out what decal it normally have, it's nothing special, but it's plenty reliable and decent for a geared bike.
The rack actually show how much a steel fork flex round corner as well as quill stem, it's an interesting observation to why carbon fork and ahead stem make a huge difference in ride quality.
