Anything else is makes a mockery of your previous efforts.

I can recommend pushing down the coast and picking up the Felixstowe - Bawdsey Ferry and the Harwich Harbour Ferry. Costs a little bit for them (HH is £5.50 ea including bike FB much less) but really enjoyable.

Oof. Got a wedding invite this week from a good friend. On the 25th! Looks like I'm out and my DD hopes have been dashed again. So that makes 1 less on the LFGSS coach poll.

Your solutions, though clever, would be looked at as absurd by those involved. I came up with a great solution that I thought would work perfect. I do the ride and make it back in time for the wedding! What could possibly go wrong?

Would you believe this solution was received like I was asking them to move the wedding to the beach?!

I would also recommend doing it without a tent, sleeping bags, sleeping mats, air pillows and cooking equipment. :I
