That's a bloody upright position for a track bike, why so?

Even if you put drops on that stem it would still be pretty upright :)

This is the "ride to the pub" setup for riding along the shore here in Marseille. I switch the stem to a 110mm, downward one with 3TTT alu drops for longer distances on the road.
