I'm booked up for the next few Sundays but would be interested in coming down to the ladies sessions. Will they still be going next month?
I will admit, I am a complete novice - what do I need to bring, what can I hire/borrow and will there be anyone there who can help me improve on doubtlessly shameful technique?
