Looks like a Zeus headset, at those days considered to be better than Campagnolo record.

No I bought it in that condition. Thought I'd get away with the sizing due to the short top tube and was going to have it repainted but it is just a bit too big for me. Standover height is uncomfortably close to the crown jewels.

I was going to nick the headset as I'm building up a zeus group but got lazy!
