I've been into a few bike shops including Condor, Cavendish and a couple others, none of which knew anything about the 25c Rando's. They've also commented that Vittoria have no official UK distributor and are possibility the least reliable brand around, so could be a very long time before we see them being stocked anywhere in the UK!
P.S. There will only be the 25c, as the 23c don't exist!

Vittoria make fantastic tyres and their own website seems to indicate a UK distributor..

^ Yeah I've emailed Michael Elson chasing stock before and it just seems EU is last on the list to get new stuff. All made in thailand so it seems Japan US first and EU sort of later on at some point when the boat gets here I think :)

I'm merely quoting the words of staff and management of Condor! They said they never know when they're receiving stock from Vittoria as they have to get it all direct from them? But apparently not... pah. Not a clue.
I just changed my front to a 23c so now my desire for a 25c rando has multiplied tenfold.

Condor may buy direct as they are a manufacturer.
Vittoria's uk distribution is Chicken cycles, always has been. -

It seems as if Vittoria made the Randonneur smaller by just removing rubber from the tire. It really isn't much help when you remove rubber. I will admit...we wanted a smaller Rando for less rolling resistance and more compatibility with our frames. But we definitely still needed a tire for skidding and that we no longer have.
i'd rather stick to the 28's

I'm still pretty fond of the Schwalbe Marathon Plus I have.. how does it compare with the 28 Rando?
