sigh, what did I get myself into here... ok maybe I should have used the search. so I skimmed through a couple of threads and ok, apparently [B]*nobodys* happy with their shop, the service, the *employees** etc.[/B]

You're definitely not using the right search...
I never had any problems with BLB, actually they're the closest I can consider to be my LBS..
(*That I know, mostly people dislike Harry.Major, but that's a whole different matter)
Get your ass over there and see it for yourself, it's worth the trip and if not satisfied their backyard get's you in to the Bagel shop. win win.
