Coffee Appreciation

Completely useless information to you London lot, but definitely the best coffee in Edinburgh that I've found so far.

We're opening a cafe which has a workshop and are looking for a competent barista with good bike knowledge. Ideally a friendly rosetta pouring individual who loves riding their bike and knows a headset from a Bottom Bracket.
