Saw this place in a Qype email..
Tapped & Packed opened yesterday to a social media flurry, and without a single logo or sign up they are already getting some serious foot traffic. Keen on supporting local independent business, in the coming weeks you can expect to find out about their local bakers, as well as the clever ideas they have for their chocolate supplier, Chokio.
Artists and photographers themselves, the staff behind T&P won't be wasting wall space. They will be taking submissions ideas via their website, and every two months a bohemian will win an opening night and wall space to show their creations.
Another twist is that Victor has created the only cafe with more than one coffee supplier, in fact he is sourcing three (Climpson and Sons, Square Mile and Union) in order to provide the perfect coffee for each method, from cafetiere to areopress to siphon (siphon? a bunsen burner looking thing!).
