hopefully i'm not wrong/making a total fool of myself but according to those speed camera signs with a display giving you your speed, i've hit 35mph on the flat - it was on a nice track bike (said british eagle on headbadge, falcon decal on downtube, white to pink fade paint job, campagy hubs on mavic tub rims of some sort with shimano 600 cranks and lots of other nice bits) with a reasonable gear, about 72 inches i think.
basically, is this just wrong/largely inaccurate?
