It clearly wasn't 'settled', you and lpg and your little army buddy kept repeating the same argument over and over, that she got what she deserved and somehow linked this to some undecided amount of money she received for her story.
why do you think she is clearly a bit of a nut. when i watch that video i see her telling the policeman to stop being so aggresive,.
Wrong and wrong. I didn't say she got what she deserved. I said the money she received from her publicist may have been a contributing factor to why she instigated a ruckus. I don't think she was at all thinking of the money, to be honest, but that's not the point. The policeman's defence team could have argued that. If she wants justice, why take the money and not attend court?
You, and a lot of people on this thread, seem to believe the police officer was 100% responsible for what happened.. I am just disputing that, and trying to put things into perspective. The situation was getting tense, a civilian died on the previous day (so police would have been on edge, maybe a civilian wanted to take revenge - he did have a Millwall shirt on and Millwall fans do have a bad rep of violence), you have to take a lot of different things into account before you place the blame. Which is what the court did yesterday, and why he was acquitted. He may still face internal disciplinary action, he may not get off with what happened.
