looking for a barbers in brixton.. won't pay more than £10, bike parking and at vaguely steady hand are my only requirements.

i found a free cut on gumtree. let some student do it. it took a long time but they got the job done, teacher is standing right there pretty much, and it was free.. check that out maybe.
