I'd be intereted in the process and what inforamtion you need.

I was knocked of by a taxi driver last night in front of the houses of parliament, i thought i had his registration plate memorised but i clearly dont as it doesnt make sense as a numberplate.

in fairness it was a situation i could have avoided, btu was not my fault. i was in the lane filtering right coming from the east to the west and the taxi driver had driven down the left filtering lane and pulled into the right, i was along side him at this point and continued rather than slamming the anchors on as i had nowhere else to go and he then pulled into my rear wheel and sent me flying.

I got up and asked him if taxi drivers were palying a new game this week; kill the cyclist, he tried blaming me, and pretty quickly gave up that line and apologised, asked if my bike was ok and if i was ok this was rather disarming and i gave up being angry. and was on my way.

When I got home and realised i managed to take half the skin of my knee and torn my gloves.

I'm not sure whether to report him, as a black cabbie it would affect his job, and everybody makes mistakes, but im pretty pissed off that i need to replace my gloves and me knee is sore today.
