stem drop riser bar fail, i know, but it's what i'm working with and not shelling out anytime soon.

here's a current project for a friend:
was just a mixte Raleigh frame, and i picked up an old Schwinn swapped all the parts over, change the bars, single speed dished the wheel for proper 42mm chainline... gonna be single speed. not fixed. 4130 butted main tubes. nice ride. total cost about 100 USD.
I do this kind of thing about once a week.
