i run extra large 15mm bolt head, so you can use a pedal spanner or something longer to crank the tension on. you can also use profile BB bolts. also use a tiny shim inside the hole if its not a snug fit, plus a big washer to help bite on sprocket. its the type of thing do it once and it stays there.
