You could apply that logic to everything on the forum and nobody would be able to say anything about anything. That's the point of mass debate.
Actually the point of mass debate is to consider alternative points of view. Without be espousing this point of view, we wouldn't be having this mass debate.
I'll append that by pointing out that I havn't suggested that anyone not say anything, I've only argued an alternative point of view. In fact I've only ever rarely objected to people sauing certain things on this forum and otherwise prefer to question motives behind peoples motives. In addition to that the point you refer to was made about the BBC, which is not solely a vehicle for mass debate. You could apply that logic to everything on this forum, but I haven't suggested that nor would I ever support doing so. It would be ridiculous.
