Free tickets are not the issue. If you got free tickets and i didn't, I wouldn't get a tax refund. If you get tickets you should pay for them. The issue is accessibility of tickets. If the IOC gets its way, tickets will only be allocated to bankers on corporate junkets paid for by tax payer bailouts.
