  • Did 30+ miles on polo bike + polo

  • 30 miles???

Did you get lost or something?

  • What about Cousin Larry, does he ride?

  • I went to recce the tweed route.

  • i'm guessing about 12.30? in a group of 6 wearing grupetto jerseys. we passed only one other rider on the hill

Think you lot passed us going down (fast!), we were definitely on it then had sarnie in the pub at the top:-)
Red Roberts and Van Nicholas struggling up, not that you would've seen at that speed...

Got to wear mitts all day for the first time all year, yay!

My brain doesn't work that quick these days, I'm getting old.

    :-?

...and to think I was gonna ask you about this rash I got...

    congrats BTW!

  • Surrey Rumble short course + there and back = 110 miles of Ti awesomeness!!!

Not sure why the track only shows the second part after grub stop??

  • I rode from Streatham to Brixton and back, all 1.5 miles of it

64 miles. Well worth it. Spring may have sprung...

  • I went for a run, really enjoyed apart from going a bit slower than I had planned.

    Now my knee hurts...balls

oh well no running for a while should sort it out!

  • 64 miles. Well worth it. Spring may have sprung...

Yay, back on the bike again.

  • Walked to Sainsbury's in the end. Bumped in to Snoops on the way. Average speed about 3 to 4 miles an hour. Got some cheese as well as the baps. Lunch is going to be a real taste sensation tomorrow.

  • You're one fast motherfuckin' walker. I'm lucky to crack 2mph.

  • What type of cheese?

  • Njs

  • That'll make a mighty fine sandwhich filling.

    swoons

  • I'm a bit worried about the bread though; anyone ever eaten a UniBap?

  • Does it have a single horn? If so I believe they are quite rare and should not be eaten.

  • The crust just fell off and some of the crumbs are loose.

  • Yay, back on the bike again.

    Cheers Andy. Really enjoyed it...
