You may be right, but
a. he's not going to keep it
b. it's going to be equipped with TT bars, so it may be the perfect size.
But I gree, in this setup it's ugly, but so is my Giant (and it rides well, isn't that all that counts?)
EDIT: I was typing when Tester made his reply. Seems that I was right (again ;-) )
