Although this ride waits for everyone, I draw the line at
Blind, obese, maladroit 15 year olds on dual-suspension tricycles with rusted chains and one flat tyre.
Gearinch wise 70appx is good, you will be flagging up the big hills and spinning out of controll on the downhill. Eitherway, I'm taking gears so I can carry some crap on my rack and I also found it more enjoyable.
