My mate at work has been worried because his cock was itching and it swelled up so he couldn't pull his foreskin back. It got worse and worse, and he wouldn't go to the doctors, and it really started to hurt, so he sort of yanked the skin back and tonnes of foul smelling cheese bust out all over the place and he almost, literally, puked on his own cock.
