Wanted: Tiny frame/bike for midget/umpalumpa other half

Of course stanover height is important...especially when travelling around towns etc..totally different from when riding on the track etc..if its too high how do you stop and unclip, unless you are leaning against a post etc..

Of course you need to be able to stand over the bike. I meant you may not feel the need for the recommended 2". I dont personally.
