Wanted: Tiny frame/bike for midget/umpalumpa other half

cheers for all the info everyone, will keep you updated once I've seen the heidi frame- I always thought standover was quite important tho but obv considering all the other factors too?

Standover is meaningless when riding the bike, so is'nt a big deal IMHO. I have only around 1/4" over both my fixed and my utility bike, and it doesnt really bother me. I like a bigger safety margin off-road though.
(5'7" with only a 30" inside leg)
