you've got to get past the everythings out to kill me mentality to a calmer place and put it into perspective, yeah sometimes things can be a bit "shit you put the fear of god in me, I thought I was gonna die" but you didn't so take a breath and let them know what they did and how they scared you and it'd be better if they didn't do that in future ( preferably in a calm and coherent manner)
otherwise your just another rabid red light jumping, pavement hogging cyclist who shouldn't be on be roads seeing as you don't pay any road tax.
