• ^good work. I've never ridden any better than a 59 something on that course, and generally come in more around the 1.03 to 1.06 region. The wind can be so demoralising on the first half of the return, draining all your energy before the lumpy bits in the last 5 miles.

    Only ever done it fixed though, and the one time I tried aerobars, I didn't go any better. Not a proper tester, clearly :/
