put gears on the bike that fit you perfectly, i.e. the Pinarello, it make sense to make it even more comfortable, especially on the long ride from East to West just to have some pints.

run the Simoncini single speed for now (with chain tensioner) so you can see whether you want to put gears on it or not, it would be a waste of time putting gears on and finding out you didn't like how it ride.

Pinarello is in the queue. I've just found the very rare Chorus 16h hub for 8 gears cassette, so it will be build into the Shamal (and I almost thought about selling them). C-Record rear and front with a Centaur compact cranks for now.

This one will have Triomphe for now, if I go for the geared setup.

I've seen very nice Mundialita saddle in the BLB, but the blue suede is in a different shade, so probably will go for black or white Concor/Turbo.
