  • same height as 700x23, i think

  • interesting

  • same height as 700x23, i think

Would've thought so, not much in it with those tyres

  • love that scissor

  • bb is a touch low on my scissor with 170 cranks, bmx platforms and 32mm tyres so if that set up is the same as 700x23 I wouldn't want to play on it (unless the cranks are super short that is). Looks sweet anyway though, I need big tyres on my scissor.

  • yep, 26" x 2.1+ is at least the same outer diameter as 700x32c

  • That scissor is tank.

  • awesome.

  • Really like that set-up...

  • yep sweet. whos is it snoops?

  • i canny find this v brake mount from billys cycles i've heard about? anyone help...i needs back brake!

  • 26" wheels on a scissor. don't see why not, for the smaller players.

Any suggestions on where I can get forks like these for 26" wheels and v brakes. Need to get something straighter to pull the front wheel in.

This may be Adrienne's next polo bike. So awesome. (although.... might be a bit too big. Stupid weird scissor).

  • If you're gonna build 26" wheels, why would you use Velocity rims?

  • hipster alert

  • @locket search ebay for Onza Tuf Guy forks, 26" with v mou nts, 30mm rake. pretty tight.

I found the pic on Trick Track, don't know who's it is. Trick Track is lame, but sometimes they come up with bike alterations and reappropriate parts that are useful for polo. it's worth a look every now and then.

  • I have been thinking about putting 26" wheels on my steamroller recently.
But not sure if big tyres will clear my seat stays.

  • Cheers Snoops

  • it is kind of interesting how fixed-freestyle has been going through exactly the same changes as polo has in the last year.

Started on track bikes, stuff got broken, appropriated parts, companies began manufacturing specific parts. tbh if it wasn't for fixed freestlye riding we wouldn't have a lot of the bikes we are riding now.

after seeing that pic I thought the same in the freestyler, the forks should be ok, but no way I can get something decent in the back

  • are 48c overkill for polo?

  • Awesome grips i recommend them ;)

Bike makes the saddle look tiny... ah bless.
