Yep. Thats the one. That bit of paper in the front wheel was one of the many notes attached to the bike that said things like "wanker" and "why here" and "what the fuck were you thinking". I was just thinking about sliding it up and dumping it on the handrail on the left when the police showed up and said theyd had "a few complaints"..
