I passed this what must have been seconds after it happed as there was a queue of traffic and the lorry had just finished reversing back and then drove forward turning right to park up on the left. There were a few people milling around, this was not a pretty sight, so I don't want to write up any more than this. From memory the lorry did no look like a tipper lorry to me either, more just a general fixed chassis/non-articulated delivery lorry unless the delivery lorry was following the tipper and the tipper was parked up further along down the left of the road but I didn't like looking down that way to check.
I ride this stretch regularly and know this junction well and I am not sure how this happened as it is a pretty narrow junction which all vehicle have to creep out of.
