I am having some trouble locating any sealed 109mm bottom brackets, except for Phil Wood.

Any ideas anyone?

peeps on here tend to recommend campag's 111mil for sugino 75's a lot.

Yeah comfortable enough pal. Putting risers on her would feel like a blunt rape. After 10 miles of potholes, they do start to cause pain.

I am tempted by bull horns though.
