that steel langster looks pretty good. if they did them in other colors and were alot cheaper id consider one. how is the quality of the chrome?
as far as im concerned they are still too expensive, i can buy a much nicer older frame. but for a new frame they seem pretty decent.
You could just get one and re-paint it. Can't say much for the quality so far, I've only had it about 2 weeks. Rides really nicely, I can feel a lot more of the road than I could on my last racer, but that was aluminium with carbon forks, which is always going to be different to a steel frame w/chrome forks.

I thought I was going to covet the steel langster, but I don't think the chrome goes well with the lumpy welding. You need lugs or nice smooth fillets to look right with the chrome stays and forks, something elegant. This just looks like when someone wears jeans and brogues. Both have their place, but never together, it's just wrong.
Nicest OTP frame going IMO. Much prefer it to the aluminium think tubes of normal Langsters/Bowery's etc.
