@ electrogrimey: ditch that rear break (only if your running fixed) before you scuff up the breaking surface and make that lovely chrome rim dirty forever.

I only flipped the hub last week, but I'm going to get rid of it once I'm fully used to it, which I can probably do in a few days. The brake also makes the top tube look ugly, so I was going to anyway.
Slack chain is a result of a hasty wheel flipping job, was going to tighten it before I took it out next anyway.
