If it makes you feel any better/ less silly, I have a friend who broke BOTH his elbows at the same time, in two or three different incidents! Two is more believable, I can't quite remember how many times it happened but it was more than once. He sticks his elbows out when he falls?! He has massive scars on both now.
he had his elbow doctor on speed-dial. Apparently the 2nd or third time the phone-call went something like:
Friend rings the elbow doctor. Dr picks up....
Dr: It's not possible..................
