I should have a couple of years earlier that it is just Windrush Square. Mention of Saltoun Road would actually have been enough. Yes, a partial success, but lots of work to do still. Lambeth Cyclists have been debating this scheme a lot since it was introduced. We obviously like the improved permeability (http://www.hackney-cyclists.org.uk/permproj.htm), but there are still absurdities like no straight-on travel between Coldharbour Lane and Acre Lane.
If you're concerned with the location of the cycle stands, do raise it with Richard Ambler, Lambeth's excellent cycling officer, directly--rambler@lambeth.gov.uk (great e-mail address).
