Nah it is all 26 1/36 or whatever it is (old size). Raleigh wayfarer frame and forks, cottered cranks, sit and prey bars. You would just need a chain, mud guards, bearings (all bb cleaned up and in tact + headset but no bearings), may even have saddle and post too.
Virtually a whole bike, just need a few bits.
