Bogotà is one of the big success stories and of all the cycling cities in the world is probably the place most comparable to London.
Freewheel will hopefully grow but isn't anywhere near the big Berlin Sternfahrt ('star ride') yet. That has 250,000 participants when the weather is good. In 2005, it was absolutely bucketing it down and they still got 100,000.
