The segregating kerbs on Southwark Bridge are already in place, but they are currently obscured by the building works. FWIW their main purpose is to stop vehicles hitting the bridge parapet, which is listed and can't be strengthened enough. That they double as a a cycle track is a pretext. The southern approach to Southwark Bridge and the junction at the north end are much greater priorities, but nothing has been achieved there.
