1st photo shows traffic moving across the junction, so they are not parked there - my phone camera just caught them at that point.
but yes, second one has a car sitting halfway in it.
The second spot is dodgy anyway, as there is a bus stop just behind it on the left and buses stopping there frequently then turn left at that junction, trapping any cyclists. Its the one part of the road I never ride down (always filter down the outside as you can see from my position)
not impressed. The surface is also worse than that offensive green stuff they put in the regular ones. Fixie skidders will shred their tyres in no time ;-)
