Had the person appeared able-bodied I would have laughed directly into their face, but when I saw the pensioner I couldn't help wondering if she was able to see the leg. I'm sure she could but I have an annoying habit of trying to accept 50% of the blame in any situation.
I guess, if her eyesight was dodgy she should have taken more care instead of recklessly dashing for the 39p off pork susages.
