I was in Norfolk this weekend and found this amazing place. Not secondhand, not cheap but very good value for what they are. The Harris Tweed Fitzrovia looks superb, fantastic example of soft tailoring. They do mail order - in fact they mostly do mail order it seems:

Most of my clothes are from Old Town; excellent cycling clothes. Did you meet the shop keeper?
