Anti Social behaviour = Kids playing
Generally, yes, also people protesting or taking photographs.

Burglary
Shoplifting
Neighbourhood WatchMy area only has 3 sets of traffic lights and a couple of pedex's so I guess RLJ'ing is not an issue. In fact I think most of the RLJ'ing is done by the same bikers who ride on the pavement - the neighbourhood beat bobbies!

only 2. thats dull, i might start london Antisocial Behaviour and selling speed.com
Perhaps we should collate this information, if not available as one document, and request that the RLJ, riding in a park, canal path anywhere but the gutter persecution of cyclists stops. It is clear that the majority of crimes committed, according to this thread so far, are perpetrated by bus and taxi drivers and to fund theirs spray-on ladyman jeans the Shoreditch bike-pushing hipsters have turned into prozzytarts. I suggest King Boris is our spokesperson and James Martin our poster boy (mums like him).

Anti Social Behaviour in general
Anti Social Behaviour related to alcohol
Dangerous cycling and/or scooteringThe cycling almost certainly relates to the yoot dem cycling on the pavements. Haven't seen any enforcement though so clearly a shit job is being done.

Anti Social Behaviour in general
Drugs and alcohol misuse / disorder
Youth diversionwhat the hell is youth diversion? So I guess the locals don't mind the frequent stabbings and gang fights round here.

It's not even a hindrance, there's a red light, we stop, wait 10-20 second before it turn green than off we go.
that's nothing, the more you wait, the less of a hassle it is to stop at red light, after all, we're part of the traffic.

Just checked the policies of my local group for Nunhead and Queens Road:
[]Anti Social Behaviour in general
[]Drugs and alcohol misuse / disorder
[*]ProstitutionNice!
Anyway, I emailed them whether they can tackle the enforcement of the 20mph zone round my house. Nearly getting ran over everytime I go towards OKR, because commercial vehicles use narrow, residential streets as shortcut by blasting down and ignoring the speed bumps.
ha i live here too......maniacs and speedbumps everywhere!
curious to know what they get back to you with :) -

Cycling on footway a priority in my area. We have an update too, end of January:
Officers have taken up static observation posts on the ward in areas such as Lexham Walk where we are aware of offences being committed. Since November 13 cyclists have received warnings and 2 have been issued with a fixed penalty notice.
The 2 others:
- Dogs fouling footways (I am not joking, and I can t resist the update: Having liaised with both the local authority and representatives from Streetline, Officers have clarified that the responsibility for removing dog waste from the streets will rest with local street cleaners and be enforced by officers from the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. Officers have issued warnings to 4 dog owners to clean up after their dog and issued words of advice to dog owners and residents alike.)
- Theft from motors vehicles

i'm not surprise on dog fouling footway, when went to the east part of London, there were dog shit everywhere that it become a hindrance to keep looking at the pavement to avoid the stupid shit.
it seemed quite a pathetic excuse 'dog fouling footways' but it is a proper annoyance to the point that you end up having to stare at the pavement all the time.

You're one priority short of a Safe Neighbourhood. But then, we all know that already.

Safer Neighbourhood Teams (or Neighbourhood Policing Teams as we call them up here) have their priorities chosen by the public. We have a problem within our area because, although two thirds of our area is made up of social housing with all the problems associated with it, our "public" are made up of the 1/3 of fuddy duddies from the posh part. So instead of focusing on the needs of the community we end up having to focus on the perceived problems suffered by them.
To give you an idea. ASB caused by local youths. When does this ASB happen. Monday - Friday between 3 and 4....Oh yeah, your not happy that 1500 kids are going to school where you live...So rather than knock it.....if you have cause for concern get in there and make your voice heard... It might just mean that my colleagues in SNT's can get out arrest some real criminals.
Jlinln I'd like to live where you do..
As for the rest of you...Can i come and work your manor..sounds like fun!
Only 2 for me....
