Twelve, if you are riding a med plug then i would def go for the small Scissor.
I went from a 58cm Fuji Track to the Med Scissor and don't notice it being significantly smaller.
I'm running the seat on the Scissor real low coz it suits the way i ride it but if i put it up a wee bit i'd be able to ride it for miles with no discomfort i reckon.
Oh yeah, i'm 6'2
