    Ah, then the problem is caused by the enormously excessive trail combined with a very slack head angle, which means the front of the bike drops when the wheel turns - you have gravity fighting against the castor. Fortunately, there was something just as unpleasant up thread which had a 650 fork and wheel on a lo pro designed for 700, so you need to get together with the owner of that bike and do a swap. Then, when order has been restored to the universe, seriously dude, get rid of this bike and buy something which fits. There is no shame in admitting that you have neither the suppleness nor the skillz to ride a real man's lo pro.
